Our community is growing by leaps and bounds, which means that the load on customer support is also growing. Recently, we have done a great job of optimizing our Support Service.

The first thing you’ll notice is the interface of the new Support Service. The client begins interaction by viewing existing requests, or creating a new request.

The viewing of existing requests has undergone significant improvements. The interface has become clearer and more convenient. You will immediately notice the division into “open support requests”, where there is active correspondence with support specialists, as well as an “archive of support requests” with closed questions.

When creating a new support ticket, the client needs to specify the topic of his question — first the category is indicated, then the subcategory followed by the question itself.

We have collected all the relevant and most frequently asked questions from clients to form an impressive library of ready-made solutions, therefore, in most cases, after the client has indicated the question, there is no need to contact support. In cases where a client’s request is required to solve a problem, the client will be provided with detailed instructions, as well as all the necessary forms. This will help us to significantly reduce the communication time and, accordingly, the time to resolve the client’s issue, since the client will provide all the necessary information immediately in his first message.

Chat on the platform remains available for general questions and consultations on our services. Individual questions (regarding the specifics of your account or interaction with the Platform) should be addressed to the new Support Service.

We will be glad to hear your feedback and suggestions for complementing the existing questions, as well as any other suggestions!
