SECURITY: TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

It is very important for us that accounts and funds of our clients remain safe. The two-factor authentication system (2FA) plays a very large role in this. The system can work both when logging into your account and when withdrawing funds. Here’s how it works:

To enable the 2FA system go to the “Security” section of your profile. There you will see the “Two-factor authentication (2FA)” section and two buttons “Google” and “SMS”.

We recommend using Google Authenticator — it’s considered to be one of the most reliable methods of protection. To activate this method, click on the “Google” button. A new window will open, you will see links to download the app for your Android or iOS device. When the application is downloaded open it, click on the “+” button and enter the key that you see in the opened window on our website, or scan the QR code.

Click on the “SMS” button to verify and attach your phone for SMS authentication.

Do not forget to specify how the system should work — when logging in, when withdrawing funds, or in both cases.
