FAQ and User guide

Before you contact us with a question, be sure to check our FAQ — chances are we already have an answer. For detailed descriptions of our features, see the User guide complete with screenshots for every section. For more specific questions, open the Support service and select a category that suits your question . You can also use a search bar on the page. This section covers all frequently asked questions about the platform, accounts, and trading.

Chat with our customer support

Profile levels starting from Newbie come with a perk: you can chat with our customer support team. They will be glad to answer any questions, from verifying your account to trades and tournaments. However, questions regarding a specific deposit or withdrawal cannot be solved via Chat. For these, please use the next category: Support requests.

Support requests

You can use our Help section to ask any questions regarding the platform and your account. Most of these can also be asked in the chat, but if you have a question about a deposit or a withdrawal, you will need to create a new support request. This is easy: just choose a category and payment method, provide requested information and click Submit.
